Here is your Kincora real estate statistics.  April 2010 versus March 2010―the number of homes for sale is up two from 25 to 27,prada taschen, that’s fine!  Number of homes sold dipped down a bit 14 down to 10, so not as much product being sold.  We’re still in a pretty good April month for Kincora.  Average price―looks like it’s down $46,puma schuhe,000.00, not really true necessarily.  Median price down $40,000.00 again, not necessarily true.  Reflection of what’s going on in the market place, March had a lot more expensive homes.  There is a number of homes sold above $600,000.00 where April, there was a number of homes not sold above that price range.  So that kind of changes the numbers up a bit.

Days on market, 33 up to 42.  It’s taking a little bit longer in the marketplace to sell properties.  Year over year, April 2010 versus April 2009, the inventory is still the same again, the number of homes sold was equal at 10.  Average price is still up $50,000.00, eleven percent.  The median price is still up 4.8%, which also has the days on market forty six versus 42, so again, the place is still selling a little bit faster than they were last year and April stats across the board in Calgary really had a little bit of a decline in month over month gains, however,air jordan, the year over year gains are still positive and I think that’s still a little bit of a pull back from the increases we've had in the beginning part of 2010.  I think we’re still going to have a strong market throughout the rest of the summer.  Prices are really going to hold steady and then we’re going to start seeing prices start picking up again in the fall.
