Year over year, April 2010 versus April 2009, the inventory is still the same again, the number of homes sold was equal at 10. Average price is still up $50,000.00, eleven percent. The median price is still up 4.8%, which also has the days on market forty six versus 42, so again, the place is still selling a little bit faster than they were last year and April stats across the board in Calgary really had a little bit of a decline in month over month gains, however,air jordan, the year over year gains are still positive and I think that’s still a little bit of a pull back from the increases we've had in the beginning part of 2010.
